Maintenance / Roof Service
With an annual inspection of the roof covering, any defect can be detected early and remedied before damage can occur. A defective tile is quickly replaced, but if it is not renewed, consequential damage to the roof structure can occur. Regular inspection and cleaning of the gutters minimises clogging of the drainage pipes. Connections to windows, chimneys and penetrations can become clogged with leaves and quickly lead to water ingress. We inspect and clean these connections. We recommend an annual roof inspection, which we are happy to carry out for you.
Just like a car, the roof over your head should also undergo an annual inspection. In the following image gallery, we show you some pictures that can lead to water ingress.
Material
The planters are made of aluminium, steel or stainless steel. All materials can be recycled.
Colour
The metals are powder-coated. Any colour can be powder-coated. Rohner AG has 20 colours in its own range.
Dimensionally Stable
Thanks to the right choice of material and the cross-bracing, the planters are dimensionally stable.
Resistance
The planter is weatherproof and winter-hardy thanks to the insulation. The temperature inside the planter never drops below 0°C.
Drainage
The Rohner planter drains at the bottom through a drainage pipe. For lasting function, the drainage pipe is protected with a drainage guard.
Water Level
At the bottom of the planter there is a 60 mm water level. This mimics the groundwater and is important for the artificial ecosystem.
Protection
Thanks to the highly weather-resistant colours, your planter will not fade. We can offer over 10 years of warranty on the colour fastness.
